Trouble logging in? See if these tips help:

1. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. In other words, "Joe1234" is not the same as "JOE1234" or "jOE1234".
2. Try typing the password in Notepad (on Microsoft Windows, the Notepad program is generally located by clicking on the "Start" button, move the mouse pointer over "Programs", move the mouse pointer over "Accessories", and click on "Notepad"), then copy the password from Notepad into the "Password" field.
3. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the username or password.
